Q. How do I subscribe?
A. You may subscribe to Looking Glass on our website. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. (A PayPal account isn’t required to purchase a subscription.) For more information, check out our subscription page.

Q. I purchased Looking Glass, but didn’t receive a receipt or download link via email.
A. Please check all of your email inboxes (including your spam-box) for an email from us and add us to your ‘safe senders’ list. We also recommend checking your bank account to confirm that you completed your purchase. Still need to contact us? Send us a note using our contact form.

Q. Is Looking Glass a digital magazine?
A. Yes. Looking Glass is currently delivered to our subscribers in PDF.

Q. Can you offer tech support for downloading and reading to mobile devices?
A. We’re happy to offer assistance, but we ask that you learn more about how to use your mobile device before you contact us. YouTube offers wonderful tutorials for various mobile devices.

Q. Where is Looking Glass based?
A. Looking Glass’ publisher is based in the Eastern Sierra in California. Looking Glass columnists and our editorial team reside in the United States and Australia.
